Lower Literacy: It’s Not the User, It’s the Product! | Accessibility NYC Meetup Recap

On June 4, 2019, Accessibility New York City hosted a Meetup entitled “Lower Literacy: It’s Not the User, It’s the Product!” Presenter Damien Senger, Design Systems & Accessibility Lead in the healthcare industry for Castor EDC in Amsterdam, described the complexity of reading for the human brain. They shared small improvements and tips every designer, content-writer and developer can use in a project to increase literacy for all users.
