It has truly been a delight to work with the designated PM in the remediation sessions. Our goalis always continuous improvement — to address as many of the identified issues as we can — and asa startup we like to rapidly iterate. Our designated PM and Equal Entry have been a great partnerto work with to do that — I’ve found the collaborative nature of the remediation sessions to bevery helpful in helping us think through complex issues to figure out how to not only make theproduct more accessible but also identify those cases where we can make a change that will improvethe product for everyone.

We were already a year or two into the process of trying to make sure our products were as accessible as possible (to the best of our abilities and knowledge).

Being able to have the written documentation with clear Screen shots, text and guidance for issues was incredibly helpful.

Working with a single point of contact when going through remediation was great for our team. Their understanding of our products helps with remediation.

The knowledge base is incredibly helpful to be able to do some self remediation as well, to make sure when reviewing updates, we could focus on the complex issues first.

• While there were many web accessibility advising and auditing organizations in our search, not all of them had experience working on customized hardware applications like our public kiosk. Equal Entry had this experience and it really helped us to ensure we were able to address the issues that are very much unique to our system.

In early 2014 we were looking for an Accessibility specialist to enhance our services to clients.
