Being able to have the written documentation with clear Screen shots, text and guidance for issues was incredibly helpful.
Working with a single point of contact when going through remediation was great for our team. Their understanding of our products helps with remediation.
The knowledge base is incredibly helpful to be able to do some self remediation as well, to make sure when reviewing updates, we could focus on the complex issues first.
