It has truly been a delight to work with the designated PM in the remediation sessions. Our goalis always continuous improvement — to address as many of the identified issues as we can — and asa startup we like to rapidly iterate. Our designated PM and Equal Entry have been a great partnerto work with to do that — I’ve found the collaborative nature of the remediation sessions to bevery helpful in helping us think through complex issues to figure out how to not only make theproduct more accessible but also identify those cases where we can make a change that will improvethe product for everyone.

• While there were many web accessibility advising and auditing organizations in our search, not all of them had experience working on customized hardware applications like our public kiosk.
