Types of training
LMS
We have developed training materials for clients using a variety of LMS platforms including Moodle, edX, Docebo, and Anthology. For example, we worked with Microsoft on their Gaming Accessibility Fundamentals course, which was voted Best Resource for Players and Developers at the 2022 GAconf awards.
Videos
Multimedia can be an excellent way to engage your audience in a modern training session. Equal Entry has produced hundreds of videos about accessibility in a diverse range of styles.
Live actors
We have worked with professional acting talent to add liveliness to our client's videos.
Screen capture
A desktop recording shows learners exactly what an accessibility remediation will look like on their computers. For example, here is a course we built for Microsoft about creating accessible PDFs with Microsoft Word.
Animation
We make animated videos for clients about various accessibility topics. Our animated videos won a Smart Award from the Business Disability Forum in 2021.

Mark Steelman
Senior Product Manager
Equal Entry has many years of experience in the accessibility space and a track record of high-quality work, but most importantly for us, they constantly stay up to date with the evolution of accessibility standards, legal atmosphere, and technology. Equal Entry is one of the few organizations that has significant expertise in the virtual and augmented reality industry, which we at Transfr value highly since that is the primary technology we work with.
Grady Gu
Senior Product Manager
Equal Entry offered actionable insights on addressing accessibility issues in a technologically feasible manner. Their guidance provided real-world solutions that can be practically implemented.
Brian Lukoff, Ph.D.
Co-founder and CTO
First, Equal Entry has helped us become (and stay) compliant with the accessibility requirements that are critical for the institutions where instructors and students use Perusall. More importantly, making Perusall available and useful for all students and instructors is one of our organization's key values. Equal Entry has helped educate us about how to design our interface to continually work towards living that value.
Tim Adkison
Senior Software Engineer
We asked our clients who they would recommend for our accessibility audits and training. Equal Entry was on the top of the list.
We were already a year or two into the process of trying to make sure our products were as accessible as possible (to the best of our abilities and knowledge).
While we have knowledge of the requirements and some experience implementing corrections, it became apparent that we needed a partner to review our products and provide expert analysis and remediation advice.
It was imperative that we maintain compliance with the ever-evolving standards, and to be accessible with our services to those that need it.
Equal Entry was what we were looking for. Real testing with experienced users of accessibility tools.
Their business is helping companies become accessible (not just compliant).
That is an important distinction for us. While being compliant is important, we strive to be as accessible as we can.
Richard Hoagland
Founder
We shared a mutual interest in virtual reality accessibility.
Ashwin Warrier
Product Management
We chose Equal Entry to help us achieve the accessibility standards for our analytics platform. They came highly recommended.
Neil Duffy
Associate Vice President
We partnered with Equal Entry to ensure our online platform offerings met the highest accessibility standards.
Emily Pease
Director, Link Program and Partnerships
We chose to work with Equal Entry for three reasons:
While there were many web accessibility advising and auditing organizations in our search, not all of them had experience working on customized hardware applications like our public kiosk. Equal Entry had this experience and it really helped us to ensure we were able to address the issues that are very much unique to our system.
Equal Entry came recommended from our contacts in the community and we knew that they were highly active in the digital accessibility community, given that Thomas Logan leads the popular A11y Meetup group. Being a New York company with products on the streets of New York City, we valued the opportunity to work with someone local who understood the needs of the local community and could help us engage with them directly.
They had competitive pricing compared to others we considered.

Human Skills Developer
When the idea of finding a partner to help our agency understand inclusion and accessibility, I asked a few colleagues in the network and our PONY office emphatically recommended Equal Entry. They’d been impressed by an engaging
and informative session Thomas Logan had held there. After doing a bit of my own research, everything kept pointing me back to EE. After the first conversation with Thomas, I knew we’d found the right partner.
Anna Sabbadini
Project Manager
We chose Equal Entry thanks to word-of-mouth. We are part of a big group and one of our sister brands suggested them.
Kelly Gupton
Director of Product Development
We chose Equal Entry based on their domain knowledge and selection of services (guidance, testing, and training) that exactly met our needs when we embarked on improving the accessibility of Tableau products. We also had a strong internal recommendation from someone with previous experience with Equal Entry staff.
Russell Johnson
President
In early 2014 we were looking for an Accessibility specialist to enhance our services to clients. We reached to our network and Thomas Logan was referred to us by one of our staff who had previously worked with him at our largest and most important client. Thomas' background and experience matched perfectly with what were looking for.
