On October 1, 2019, Accessibility New York City hosted a meetup entitled “Designing With Accessibility in Mind.” Presenter Regine Gilbert,User Experience Designer and professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, described the importance of universal and user centered design in creating products for all users. She shared best practices and methodologies for incorporating accessibility into the development of digital products.
