Topic: Interpreting automated test results for accessibility: Using a magnet on the needles in the haystack
You ran automated testing on your website or application. The testing produced a giant pile of hundreds of issues to investigate. Now what?
Accessibility tools tend to have their own reporting features and language. This is in addition to any accessibility or software testing knowledge you may need to acquire and apply.
Come learn about common approaches for quickly identifying issue trends, converting scary-sounding automation results into short actionable lists of bugs. You’ll pick up strategies for interpreting and summarizing test results from a variety of tools.
This includes interpreting results from WAVE, Accessibility Insights for Web, aXe. It will also cover working with a list of issues in Microsoft Excel to quickly categorize and prioritize issues.
