Accessibility at the Rio 2016 Olympics

This year’s Olympics will be the most accessible to date. In addition to all the work that has been done to make the Olympic village itself accessible, viewers watching NBC coverage at home will enjoy a greater level of accessibility too. This includes:

  • Live video descriptions of Olympic events in all local regions where SAP (Secondary Audio Program) audio feeds are available.
  • Captions on all events, including live content and replays.
  • Compatibility with Voice Guidance, XFINITY’s voice remote, for all Olympics coverage.

Have you been using any of these features while you watch the Olympics? If so, tell us how well they are working!
